It sounds like you have some pretty specific concerns that may be best brought up with appropriate management-Please keep in mind that we keep open door/no retaliation policies at Tech CU and you are always encouraged to bring concerns to whatever level leader you feel would be best positioned to discuss them with you.
That said, it's just not the case that most people leave the company within a year. In fact, our organizational turn over is relatively low, and numbers are shared internally with some regularity. That doesn't invalidate your concerns, and again, please take them up with the appropriate leaders for discussion, or with the HR team if that's more comfortable.
