I have worked at Technomics the majority of my career (the longest out of 3 total employers) and the tools and support have always been in place for me to accomplish my professional goals. Project leads have the responsibility of interacting directly with key clients and Technomics senior management. There is only one level of management in the company so we are very streamlined with communication and implementing change. Employee feedback is frequently solicited and new ideas are often implemented quickly. Management understands our line of work and the needs of our customers. All employees are very accessible for collaboration and encourage colleagues to take on more responsibility on projects and in support of company initiatives.
