Technomics has a track record of continued success and a culture of an "all-in" mindset. I find it tremendously rewarding to be able to grow my career at a place where I have consistent opportunities to challenge myself and lead projects and corporate initiatives, often time quicker than I feel I am ready. By getting outside my comfort zone, I am learning new things faster about leadership, data analysis, project management, and identifying and solving client problems.

Technomics is not for everyone. Constructive feedback is shared often to consistently improve analysts. Being receptive to feedback and working to improve is a must. In addition, getting uncomfortable and challenging yourself is a requirement to succeed. I have found these "cons" as great opportunities and advantages to career development, but realize they are not for everyone.
