The absence of HR means no conflict resolution processes exist, allowing managers to avoid responsibility and look after staff well-being. Cultural insensitivity and diversity issues are routinely ignored in this quick-burnout environment characterised by constant staff turnover, with younger employees consistently overworked to compensate for poor planning.
