I worked around 2 years in this company and then had to take a break because of my marriage. To tell you I have seen all of their policies and when one sees them from a stakeholder’s perspective, they all make sense. The company does not keep anyone’s salary unless you will leave without serving the notice period which in turn harms the company as they have to train all employees as per their processes and if someone leaves all of a sudden it is a great loss for the company as the work that the employee was handling comes to a standstill. Apart from this they have good work ad there are many people in the company who are there since 3-4 years. I don’t think they had trouble or were humiliated else they would not have been able to remain the company for so long and deliver what is expected out of them. People who are efficient, there are no checks on their breaks. Instead employees are encouraged to take breaks in between so that they can put their mind into thinking in the right directions and provide value additions. The company appreciates people who can think more than what they are told and suggest extra for the task assigned to them. It is all about initiative. Taking leaves is also no issue, unless there is a urgent project delivery for which any project manager would dissuade the responsible team members from taking any leaves.
