      Good exposure, learning opportunities but only if you get to work on different projects.

      Not as of now any. If you are stuck with single project for a long time you would have not much exposure.

      We are in the process of implementing a rotational program to see that no person is feeling stuck on a project for more than a stipulated time. However, we are running COEs in every practice on new tech and product development initiatives that are running continuously. I strongly encourage you to reach out to your practice heads to know more about how to be a part of it, to keep your learning always on. Remember, Learning must be a habit for life and no excuses are good for not doing it. It's one of the tenets of Technovert culture.

      My career started here and the opportunities I got working on new technologies is a dream. So much flexible on projects and everyone get exposure to multiple roles and interaction with clients. Every project we get opportunity to work on different technologies. The product line up given me opportunity to think beyond and submit ideas. Company for opportunities to explore.

      The old company Technovert underwent a split and all the old baggage is now gone. I like the new company Tezo. Technically competent leadership.

      The fun element is missing and need to be revived again. Most new projects are in AI. Need projects in full stack product engineering too.
