Is it an easy position...No! and that's why it isn't for everyone. There have been come growing pains as to be expected with any company experience the type of growth this company has. The only con I can think of is that if you are not a hard working motivated person who is passionate as all hell about what we do, you probably won't last long. On the flip side if you are the sky is the limit.
