High work pressure sometimes but manageable

- management facilitates each team mates ideas for betterment - being startup company you get good opportunity to handle and manage things on your own. its like you are your own Manager - good support from Seniors - great learning in all fields - your voice/suggestions is heard - your work/skills is recognized and appreciated

As such i don't feel any cons for the company as lot of things is taken care by the management for their Team Members to keep the Spirit High
