Poor communication with staff can be very misleading at times. 777 has to be the biggest mistake they rolled out too focus on buying up other MSP and not working with what they already had, which led to the manager leaving and the organisation being poorly led.

Onboarding process was superb and I can see the company has taken a lot of time, effort and resource to have a great new starter process to make new employees at home from day 1 - MD and Directors even heavily involved which was great to see. Senior management team are so welcoming and very high performing with a great vision and delivery model for the businesses. Working environment for software engineers is amazing. Succession and talent management assessment for the future (medium & Long term term) are undertaken in 1st few weeks with career plans to follow. Offices are similar to NY loft apartments and an amazing buzz, ethos and working environment for software developers/engineers, blended working patters – home/office. Great benefits, Great pension scheme, free full size onsite gym, free VIP transport directly from Cardiff city centre to office door, free onsite parking and a wide range of benefits with superb career opportunities as the company is growing exponentially and possesses a work-based culture and personal advancement/development opportunities that any employer in this sector will be hard pressed to beat.
