Vantaggi
Techspert at a fundamental level is full of talented, hard working individuals. Hybrid working scheme. Young company with lots of energy.
Svantaggi
The leadership team continuously seek to extract as much revenue generation as physically possible to the detriment of the welfare of the people in the organisation. PMs are viewed as figures on a spreadsheet and treated with as much or as little regard as that figure allows. PMs often have to work until 10pm, on holiday and even on Christmas day to keep up with the workload. This is championed and praised as a good thing at Techspert. The welfare of employees is 2nd to the business objectives which are subject to constant change and are never properly communicated to the team. To state that there is a transparency issue is underselling the issue. The C team are as transparent as concrete and consistently ensure to be as secretive as humanly possible. Business objectives are constantly shifting with no communication as to why or how individuals need to adapt. Middle management do not protect their teams from upper management, At one point the company swapped health insurance for an app that gave you points if you went on a walk-which you could trade in for a John Lewis voucher. I don't think I need to elaborate much on that. Salaries are not industry standard nor are they "competitive" for any position below middle management. For the hours that you will work you will not be compensated fairly. Several people have left the organisation because Techspert is so averse to promotion that individuals would rather go elsewhere than stay stagnant in an organisation that doesn't seek to reward their work.
