Nice staff members but no backbone

The sales department is a mess. The company is now STAR7. It’s very technical and there is no training. There is no marketing. Can’t even get the CRM running. Absolutely no leads. It’s pounding the phone and emails occasionally broken up by a conference. Then you get scolded in the meeting for low sales. Meanwhile two of the sales reps are grandfathered in from acquisitions and have all the accounts and do nothing with them. Make no effort to grow them and other sales reps can’t touch them.
