      - Pretty flexible work hours - Good environment - Can't speak for other sectors, but my boss is very good, both in the human and technical aspect

      - No remote work - Sometimes management doesn't value or doesn't measure well their human resources. I've seen valuable people walk away.

      Es una empresa con ambiente relajado que recién esta incursionando en desarollo por lo que se aprende mucho. El equipo de trabajo es ameno y coopera mucho.

      Svantaggi

      La paga es baja, insisten en tener 3 días presenciales por semana a pesar de ser innecesario, todavía se maneja con prácticas arcaicas.

      good salaries , travelling around the world, and the chance to be part of a great team in a great enviroment.

      the travelling are not planned. The call you at night to tell you that you have to leave the country in a few hours. When the projet failed, all of the suden we all got fired.
