Thanks for taking the time to write-up a review. From your comments, it doesn’t look like this was a successful internship for you; which is a shame as internships are a great opportunity to learn and to be exposed to different projects, teams and a company’s culture. It’s disappointing to read that you feel there was a lack of structure and coaching during your stay with us. All employees, including interns, participate in daily meetings, have one or several « big brothers/sisters » assigned to them. They also participate in 30-60-90 day meetings with HR where the work they do, projects that are assigned to them and the internship in general is reviewed and discussed to ensure the best possible experience. All that to say that there are multiple opportunities to reach out and ask for help, guidance, etc. along the way. Hopefully you had a chance to share your comments and feedback while you were still here. Thanks again. We’ll strive to do better.
