It's true, they understaff heavily except on one program, so never expect a holiday off especially at the end of the month. Expect to work 6 days a week regularly, end of month you work the full weekend to make up for poor planning. Most management is under experienced leading to mass confusion and egos from those trying to "prove" themselves to the master who GM GM is deffinitly a bully. If people accidentally mess up time sheets his answer is to make them come in and fix it on Sunday without pay. Screams and yells and belittles people calling them idiots with multiple curse words. Micromanages everyone and everything. Often gives conflicting direction and yells at you when you don't do one of them. Hires and promotes under experienced employees to save money and seems to enjoy the chaos it causes. If challenged will become verbally abusive. You will be asked to blur the line of personal ethics on occasion.
