One of the worst , management don’t know what they are doing , don’t know how to train ,they fire people quickly and you pay a fee for training that you don’t get . They give you a fat booklet and that’s your training .

My experience with this company was extremely negative and unprofessional. I was constantly pushed to meet impossible deadlines with no proper support, setting me up to fail. The management and leadership were highly toxic, creating a hostile and stressful work environment on a daily basis. The behavior of the boss was disrespectful and unprofessional, with poor communication and lack of basic workplace respect. The salary was extremely low compared to the workload and expectations. There was no bonus, no recognition, and no appreciation for any work delivered, regardless of effort or results. Overall, this was a toxic workplace with poor leadership, unrealistic expectations, and no regard for employee well-being.
