Good place to get exposure to IBM storage technologies, some really solid technical staff and lots of chance to get exposure to enterprise level computing.

Svantaggi

Dreadful transition process, projects tend to be kicked over the line come hell or high water. Heavy focus on sales, considering the company is a MSP it lacks a serious technical backbone. Whilst its true they promote from within that can make it can feel a little incestuous and parochial at times. Some staff embedded in the company are real blockers to change "We have never done it that way before"
