It used to be an interesting and challenging company with a robust methodology and focus on top customers. Leadership was bold and fair with employees. Pay was slightly above market average. When Tectura and Aston joined forces we had some good years of development and both management and employees were committed to building a great, leading company in Microsoft ERP and CRM implementation.
