Management are so so rude, you do not get acknowledged and even spoken down to on the shop floor. A manager would actually argue in front of customers. Sales assistants do the most and do not get recognised for it You can go the whole day without the manager not even coming on the floor Trying to get a day off is almost impossible Underpaid all the time, nearly every pay was completely underpaid and one time I never received the rest horrible environment Poor management
