10yThank you for taking time to review us on Glassdoor. One of the main initiatives behind setting up a presence here was so that we could find areas for improvement like what you've recently written.
I'm sorry that we haven't improved to the point that you haven't been able to successfully communicate the issues you're passionate about internally. That's on us. As you are a current employee, I want to personally reach out and welcome an invitation to talk about these challenges and how we can work on them together. No employee should have to come to work fearing emotional harassment let alone any of the other concerns you've posted about.
