It is a smaller company

Not too demanding, fully remote if you're into that.

High turnover, especially among leadership. There's a group of long time employees who are cliqueish and frankly unprofessional. Very difficult to get things done if you're not in the club. Only Slack DMs work somewhat. Requests can be flat out ignored or willfully misunderstood.
