I don't think it is common that you find a place where you enjoy your co-workers, technical work and leadership. TEEL's leadership takes the time to listen to the employees and apply and follow-up. I'm excited to see where the company goes and being a part of it all.

Forward looking Leadership and stable growth plans shared with the entire Team quarterly. Company-wide profit sharing program which aligns all departments towards one shared community goal. Continual training on current processes with Leadership consistently asking for Team feedback on potential process improvement and new technologies which could enhance the already terrific work/life balance.
