Upward mobility is VERY difficult, management fosters a constant state/environment of "emergency", nothing ever seems to be handled pro-actively, pay scale is lower than other technical industries. Loyal customers who have been loyal to the Tektronix brand name are leaving after the service levels dropped when the calibration division was purchased. Operations cannot get their act together to become a customer focused organization, the customer is suffering and as a result so is the business.
