As a small tech partner you can forgive the number of contortions that you have to make in order to keep up with the pace of change however you need to ensure that you bring your staff along with you and listen to opposing voices. Ancoris sadly does not do this; and as such you find yourself working in a hire and fire culture where senior level job titles change on a daily basis, practice leads get hired and then immediately dropped while engineers are left idling on the bench and waiting for the free beer tap to kick off at the end of each work day. Sales leaders seem to have enacted strategies that would make a 1980s double glazing salesperson cringe as their teams are told to pester customers or prospects to such an extent that they decide to go to an alternative provider due to either fatigue or sheer embarrassment. The levels of toxic positivity are astounding; the SLT gaslight staff into believing that they work for the best company in the UK while at the same time quite literally making up unsubstantiated stories to get rid of them. Ultimately a lot of unhappy people having to mask on a constant basis and pretend that everything is AOK for fear of losing their job - mentally draining and exhausting doesn't even come close.
