telcel is a huge company, unfortunately being so big makes it really slow at innovation, escalation process and decision taking ... if you are quite new on carriers..you´ll learn a lot (mostly because you´ll not have many tools so you´ll need to solve every problem by yourself).. many kinds of people work there... the ones that want to make a change ... and the ones that are tired of trying and only go for the paycheck... ov
