Positive environment but unpaid overtime and stagnant pay - Recensione dipendente - Any Position There presso Tele2

Everyone works overtime, it is not agreed, not paid, but company's culture makes people to work unpaid overtime, as work amount all the time is over head. I have information that last years there is no wage increase despite 13%+ interest increase. So there are no benefits working long term, as the more you work, the less you earn. There was one fake wage increase around 1% so employees would not protest that there are no wage increase, but it does not count.
