Good work life balance, colleagues were nice enough.

Company will layoff employees to cut costs whenever they don't meet their bottom line. No PTO payout and a mediocre severance after 3 years of employment. There was no letter of recommendation or offer.

Very promising vision carried by the founders!

Founders were overly optimistic regarding revenue with the owner.
