Not many - they like to talk about employee engagement but don't walk the walk and are hypocritical of employees that don't do want they want

The company has no real goals - sure they state objectives internally and publicly but they have no incentive. It's a family owned business run as life style for father and son. It makes for strange and impulsive decisions by the CEO.

If Carlsberg made managers, they couldn’t make them as uniquely visionary as the TeleWare management. A leading provider of market leading and dynamic telephony solutions, using best techniques and benchmarks. Industry standard win-win stakeholder-informed partnerships. Employees couldn’t be more engaged if they tried. (Well, most of them anyway.) I’d happily pay huge sums to work here, even if I was chained to my desk and regularly flogged with a knotted rope.

Svantaggi

A bit more of the “ready, aim, fire” approach needed on some of the longer serving staff, especially those who aren’t as engaged as the others. Time for career change opportunities and workforce imbalance correction?
