No career advancement is possible. Morale is the worst I have ever seen at any company. Raises are out of the question regardless of your stated duties and what you actually do. You will be massively over worked and will have no help or training. It is not normal for every single person at a company to want to leave and to despise the company they work for. Management will happily lie to you about everything. We used to have all hands meetings about the state of the company, but they stopped those when the company started to do poorly. When a new General Manger was hired we were told the company was not doing well and it blind sided everyone because they had purposely kept it secret. One of my colleagues who is the hardest worker and has the best attitude of anyone I have ever worked with quit because he was not given a modest raise that was within his pay scale. When HR was informed that he would quit if he didn't get some sort of incentive to stay HR said: "fine let him quit." In the exit interview HR said to his face: "I'm glad we didn't approve your raise, it's best if we part ways." Mind you this is the hardest worker with the best attitude in the company. He was always positive no matter the adversity we faced from the company. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. It is the most depressing place I have ever been. Everyone is trying to leave.
