Constant restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions create constant instability and a lack of job security. Promotional advances are undefined, unclear, and vary from department to department.

Teleflex has a well-defined performance management system, which enables a pay for performance application for compensation programs. Acquisitions are driving growth and in no way cause instability. We are consolidating our manufacturing centers and this restructuring program is driving greater cost efficiencies and productivity, which are vital to our success as a healthcare supplier. Promotions are based on individuals demonstrating potential for higher contributions in more responsible roles.
