Decent training program if you are new to telecom, and there are a few decent people there.

Awful Leadership! From CEO through the Director Level. Product is sub par and very difficult to sell while being honest. Little to no marketing, or marketing support. Be prepared to sell again their bad reputation in the bay area also. To put it in an unique prescriptive-- they are using laptops from the early 2000's and have blocked access to Facebook. - nuff said.
