-Chaos in terms of organisation -People with no technical competence at all -Toxic environment, full of gossip and rude behaviors (especially middle management) -Clear discrimination between Italians and the rest of people in terms of career prospects -Management only taken care by Italians that rely on politics and not on real projects -No interesting projects or activities, no engineering job - mostly proposal writing -No teamwork -Management is a joke, everyone is considered a PM without a project or a team to manage -Upper management do not care at all about their employees and what they do, how they behave and work
