The CEO has indiscriminately layed off massive amounts of talented people. Some that were the sole sources of entire product knowledge, putting customers at risk. On top of these massive cuts, the CEO has brought in ridiculous amounts of VPs from her previous job. All of which are inexperienced in broadcast and in some cases- running departments. Support teams are left with even less than skeleton crews, and customers notice. All with the hopes AI will save the day. AI could in fact do wonders here, however should have been worked on and implemented before laying off entire product lines of people. 6-8 months later the infantile AI responses cant solve customers at risk, and no one left who knows the product. Finally, the cut of staff leaves few who remain forced into on call schedules with massive hours of overtime, The few burnt out remains struggle to hold the pieces together. But we love our customers so we will try.
