Where to start. Well first off Teletrac Navman is under the Fortive umbrella which originated from Danaher so their main goal always is to run their companies lean. This puts a major strain on many of the departments within operations. The associates are overworked and a majority are not happy but are too comfortable to look elsewhere. The company says their main priorities are quality and customer service but that is a load of crap.
