Teletrac lies about the product and good customer service when they cant keep promises!!, it is not the Customer Service Representatives fault it the upper managements fault the Reps are hopeless and are told what to do. Their are very potential employees in Teletrac that could make a huge difference and benefit the company, but it is too corrupted! the management keeps them in the same department and don't move them up unless you are a friend or family member of the manager or upper manger!! They hire new employees everyday and end up quitting when they see the reality of Teletrac!! "One new employee only had 2 weeks of training and started training other new hire's when he has no idea how Global Positioning System works & the product which is why Teletrac has problems. Teletrac is trying to keep up with angry customers calling in with all of Teletracs problems they created from the beginning and cant be fix. Teletrac spend the money on remodeling the company when they should spend the money on designing a more stable system and get rid off the Color Touch Screens and Tracking Units they have!!! Not sure where they manufacture the Units but Teletrac should reconsider. You cannot depend on HR they put the little people in the garbage and only listen to management which is why the company is going under. The management has a lack of morality!!!! Just too many problems Teletrac has, it is unbelievable!!!!! This company needs to be under LAW SUPERVISION!!!!!!!
