I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. My manager, Ashley Cruz, was incredibly supportive—she believed in me, invested in my development, and helped me grow both personally and professionally. I also want to acknowledge Vince Barsolo—he is the kind of leader Televerde has always needed. In my opinion, he should have been CEO years ago.

There were a lot of meetings and a heavy workload. At times, the stress of the job felt overwhelming. However, that experience pushed me to grow and ultimately prepared me well for my current role. While my new position is less stressful, I now feel equipped to handle whatever challenges come my way.
