No micromanagement, WFH is possible meanwhile you do your tasks.

Very disorganized, chaotic environment. Bad onboarding/bad place to learn new skills. They don't tolerate it. No teamwork, everyone is for themselves only, You need high technical knowledge before entering or you will suffer. Chances for toxic bosses very high, will ask you to work on weekends or holidays. They will underpay you if possible, almost no benefits besides no micromanagements, stock options very hard to get. They demo to clients without making MVPs or well tested prototypes, will ask you to finish features ASAP. HR barely present, the engineers themselves conduct most of the important interviews. Wrong implementation or barely implemented scrum methodology. Not enforced at all, unclear goals except high level ones (OKR)

1. Flexibility - "freedom & responsibility" is lived throughout the organization in a time where many companies have reeled this back. Efficient management style as a result but not for everyone. 2. Product Innovation - consistently hires great engineering talent and produces great results in both hardware and software robotics as well as web applications. 3. Business Development - somehow closed Family Mart deal back in 2023 with little track record, testament to their ability to close and deliver so early. Not sure how they are able to effectively build on this early success.

Whilst unit economics and therefore salaries are strictly managed there are special cases and exceptions that can become problematic to manage even at a relatively small organization size. Most hires are self selected based on intrinsic factors and passion for the project which is good. Whilst I personally like the company culture it could be deemed as "cold" to some.

- Interesting and challenging engineering tasks - Robots have a chance to reach the actual market - International English-speaking team - Flexibility to a certain degree - No micromanagement

- Chaotic environment with poor goal alignment, a lot of work being wasted, although previously it was demanded to be done ASAP. - Due to development speed, technical debt is increasing like a snowball. Bad coding practices, no code reviews, tests are done directly on robots in production. - Work under high pressure, where every task is assigned with a short deadline. Since there are no policies on guaranteed paid leaves or rules on working hours, one might end up having trouble with both. - Career growth opportunities still exist only on paper. Despite a lot of verbal talks about it over the last year, there was no precedent somebody would get a promotion (and probably will not, because management does their best to avoid increasing existing employee's paycheck) - High employee turnover. HR barely keeps up hiring replacements for people who left the company.
