There have been so many positive changes over the last six months within Quality since the addition of new Quality leadership. I know that I speak for the entire Quality team when I say that we all have faith that we are now on the right track. We see our leaders making positive changes, living up to their commitments, pitching in whenever and wherever necessary, encouraging the entire organization, leading by example, and developing a world class organization. I am excited about the next steps in my career in Teligent now, because of these changes. The future looks bright and I now look forward to coming to work each and every day.

I have worked at Teligent for a few years now and over the past few months, there have been many positive changes within the organization. They have finally hired new leaders that work hard and lead by example and for the first time there is a focus on Quality. I am not the type of person to provide feedback in a forum like this, but I decided to leave this review in order to describe how much the company has changed and improved. There are many of us that have hope that we are on successful path now. The new leadership has shown us that they care, we are finally been given the resources that we need, they are investing in our training, and we are now using technology to help us meet commitments. There was another review on here that mentioned that they believed that the future at Teligent seems bright and I agree.

Although there have been improvements, there needs to be a better work-life balance. Also, there needs to be additional compensation given for anyone that consistently works over 50 hours in a week.
