This is a toxic work environment. Hourly pay is LOW. People who have worked here for 10 years still don't make $11 or $12 an hour. That is a poverty wage. Salaried employees are treated as hourly employees having to clock in and out BUT never paid for overtime AND time is docked if you are a minute late or leave early. Worst time off and vacation benefits of any employer. Company has mid-century (1950s) attitude towards employees and does not realize they are, or at least could be, their greatest asset. Mediocrity is tolerated.
Engineering is weak link in their system. They will spend a dollar to save a dime. Old equipment. But new cameras are everywhere so "Big Brother" can watch your every move.
