I had joined Telit Wireless solutions with lot of expectations since it was my first product company. So overall company lived up to that expectations. CTC structure is really good Insurance Benifits are good Some of the Managers are really amazing. They understand the personal time well

Unfortunately I had really bad experience with my reporting Manager. He used to treat employees as slaves. Since manager was in higher position in Bangalore office. No one dared to talk about him. Once I complained about his behavior, Telit tried their best to sort out the situation. But it was too late.
