      You get an office. 3 weeks vacation after 3 years. Good group of people to work with.

      Upper management doesn't care about the people at the bottom. No room for professional growth. Unrealistic goals. People in charge are not competent in their position.

      Great startup environment that was still family friendly while being a lot of fun! Very intelligent, knowledgeable staff focused on humble individuals with low ego.

      You might get laid off at any given moment, especially the way that Senior Management has been running the company. Budgets are very tight for just about everything, sometimes unnecessarily so. This company used to be very innovative, but now only follows its competitors.
