Every man for himself - so literally, if you're a woman an put up with blatant sexism on the desk, the lifting of trades, and prices are made up and sources, yeah there are none... just trying to 'market-make'. Compliance environment is a mess and is so stupid that it just ignores everything meaningful (unless you ask them to on-board a client). Overall a sad place now with the original founders gone, betrayed by current management. If you're disloyal and want to blatantly lie to your clients, this is your place.
