      I've heard some of the intern roles in software engineering primarily focused on testing code rather than writing code, which while important, it wasn't what they were hoping to do

      real remote arrangement for most staff

      There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
