I still miss those days. - Industry leading maternity and partner leave. - No politics. (Could change) - Transparent career progression. - Diversity is embraced from top down. - Used to be a fun place to work. - Professional development and support. Yes, basically whatever is left from the Readify culture. It's still a good company but not as good as it was before. If you're new to the trade then this can be a very good place to sharpen your skills. If you are experiences and are thinking of joining do your research first and see where all the previous thought leaders are working now. Maybe you can try there first.

- Telstra are bringing in more failed leaders and middle management to run "enterprise" projects. This means less agile and more layers of management. You won't be able to deliver the same value as before. It's all about IP reuse and selling now. Not about solving customer problems in the most efficient way possible. - Virtue signalling from Telstra executives. It's a running joke that anyone who has the format "surname, firstname" shouldn't be taken seriously when posting on Yammer. - Hollow gestures from leaders are creating toxic subcultures. - Breeding utilisation first culture where impact and outcomes are ignored. - You won't get the opportunity to learn from industry leaders that Readify used to have. - Shell of the former self when it comes to the skills. No clear upskilling initiatives. Certifications are the only thing pushed because the sales people can use it to sell. - Not fun anymore. - Good people are leaving. 30+ people resigned alone in Readify squads during March. - A bonus scheme that's setup in way you will never get it. - A sales team that's inexperienced and so out of touch.
