Where do I start? The US office has one O&P (their HR) person for all of the US offices (SF, NYC, DC) and the Singapore office has tons of O&P folks. The lone O&P person has someone helping but not entirely sure with what. O&P in US has absolutely no discretion and plays obvious favorites. Don't want to be on their bad side. The US office is bogged down with so many rules and protocols from SG. It's mired in bureaucratic nonsense. Pay is absolute crap, there is no work life balance. On surface, you have a generous amount of vacation and sick leave - will you be able to actually use it? Probably not. Room for growth is almost nonexistent. For a company that supposedly tries to cut costs spent loads on a fancy coffee machine that gives you mediocre coffee at best, spares no expense for top brass meetings but made staff contribute their own money to offsite trip. This place is a poorly run hot mess. Can't run fast enough from this place.
