Cross-functional collaboration is a key part of working at Temasek and is generally necessary to deliver projects successfully. However, my experience working with Sung Min was challenging. I found that contributions were not always acknowledged appropriately, particularly on high-visibility initiatives. During an AI-related project, I felt that significant portions of my work were not properly credited, while recognition was disproportionately attributed elsewhere. In addition, much of the feedback provided focused on minor details and was often overly pedantic, without adding meaningful value to the final outcome.
