Such great people. No egos in the building.

I don't have any cons

- A few people are very nice and keep the company running - Some flexibility if you fight for it.

- Complete disconnect with upper management (tend to refer to lower management as ungrateful or lazy) - Concerns of growth and improvement are met with intimidation and are ignored often - Pay and responsibilities do not align - Constant rehires that quit within a month or two - Lack of communication - No room for growth - No good teamwork coordination through departments
