We promote members of staff every month, how we assess who gets a promotion is through ambassador and client feedback. Those who show leadership skills, reliability and a good working attitude are given shifts or positions with more responsibility. If a member of staff wishes to find out what feedback they have received from their shifts we always encourage them to contact us.
