This leaves a heavy burden of responsibility on those with significantly more experience in comparison. -extremely slim upgrade/repair budget. Machines that are decades old barely run and are seemingly just waiting to die as many of their components are obsolete. Constant calls for down machines also due to this issue. -This is not the place to learn. Leads are over-worked, so there is little to no time for training.
