Vantaggi
It’s a masterclass in how toxic leadership and private equity ownership destroy a company.
Svantaggi
If I could give zero stars, I would. Tempo Software has become a case study in how not to run a company. Under new leadership and Diversis Capital’s ownership, what was once a promising Atlassian ecosystem player has turned into an embarrassing mess.
The leadership team is weak, petty, and reactive. Strategy? Nonexistent. Innovation? Dead. The products haven’t evolved in years—they’re basically recycling old ideas with flashy marketing. Garbage in, garbage out. If you want to work somewhere that stifles creativity and rewards mediocrity, congratulations—you’ve found your match.
Human Resources is a disaster. They don’t advocate for employees; they protect leadership’s egos. Toxic managers are allowed to run rampant, morale is in the gutter, and high performers are burned out and tossed aside. The way they treat people is disgusting.
This isn’t a growth company. It’s a sinking ship. Diversis is stripping the place for parts and you can feel it in every decision. If you value your sanity, self-respect, or career trajectory, stay far, far away.
