Poorly run, no organization - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Ten Cate

The place is completely disorganized. We keep seeing organizational announcements. They are on their fourth quality manager in less than two years. They keep hiring more engineers, but nothing seems to get better. They just recently increased the pay for production workers, but it's still low. They've given one raise in the past four or five years. We have no idea what's going on with the company. They don't seem to value their employees. Blame seems to be placed on the wrong people often. The managers do not seem to know what they're doing.
